Senior Application Developer & UX Designer (ServiceNow) – Freelance/ZZP

Function: Senior Application Developer & UX Designer (ServiceNow)

Location: Utrecht

Hours per week: 20 hours (4 days)

Languages: Dutch is required + English

We are looking for a Senior Application Developer & UX Designer with strong expertise in ServiceNow and user experience design.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of recent experience in ServiceNow development and UX design
• Previous experience in the banking sector

Desirable Experience:

• ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Customer Service Management, and Knowledge Management
• At least 1 year of experience at a complex financial organization
• Conducting UI/UX workshops and creating User Personas
• Experience as a Technical Lead

Relevant Knowledge & Education

• Excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch
• HBO (higher professional education) and/or university (academic) level
• ServiceNow expertise
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• Experience working in a scrum team
• Experience with Figma
