HRIS Workforce Management Business Analyst

We are looking for an


HRIS Business Analyst

38 hours per week

Zwaagdijk

ASAP - 31.12.2025 (extension possible/anticipated)


As part of an international UKG Workforce Pro / Kronos project. The main focus of this role is to work in a large program on the European migration of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management to 9 countries. Within this migration you will be the linking pin between the international project team, the central HRS team and the in-country HR and Payroll colleagues, focusing on HR and Payroll workforce management processes, analyzing country-specific and legal requirements and configuration. This also involves communication, change and training.


As the program is moving in a fast pace, with the roll-out in multiple European countries at the same time, the program is searching for multiple roles. The following countries are in different stages of the migration: the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg.


The project activities are clustered in three pillars:

  1. Requirements refinement, design and documentation
  2. Test & execution and support
  3. Plan, adopt, communicate and change


Additional support is needed with the focus on business and system requirements, design and documentation. Diving into UKG Pro Workforce Management being the country subject matter expert, assisting in testing, defect analyses and defect management.


The tasks are:

  • Process management HR & Payroll in regard to Workforce management
  • Contributing in-country specific and legal requirements gathering
  • Participating in the system integrations design sessions with IT and the vendor
  • Setting up country specific framework and design documentation in alignment with in-country HR & Payroll department, vendors and IT department
  • Working closely with the test team in different test executions, creating test scenario’s, end-to-end testing in relation to WorkForce Management and HR and payroll processes
  • Acting as Workforce Management HR & Payroll subject matter expert for your focus area for internal land external stakeholders like HR & payroll team, HRIS, IT department, project- en program management
  • Execution of data migrations
  • Assisting HR & Payroll teams in hypercare phase, analyzing defects, retest and defect management
  • Supporting communication sessions and messages for adoption, creating awareness about planning and execution of activities with the in-country teams, providing guidance
  • Assisting in the execution of training and support to HR and Payroll teams in the usage of UKG Pro Workforce Management for testing and go live
  • Assisting in the creation of work instructions and related documentation within own process area
  • Manage the handover of new functionality (projects/changes) to the standing organization, make sure that all policies and processes are followed and that the projects deliver sustainable and workable solutions for the client
  • Working closely with the HR Project team and Project Manager in planning and executions of all tasks

This is you

As a HRIS Business Analyst you have a very fine eye for detail and deep understanding of HR and Payroll processes, systems and interfaces, specifically understanding the Workforce Management processes. You have the ability to analyze configuration and combine the functional requirements from HR teams with specifications, processes and data. You really like to work with many other colleagues and teams. You are also self-driven and you have a very good time- and task management. As the program is moving in a fast pace, you are flexible, know how to plan your time and understand that priorities can shift and change. Besides this you have good communication skills as and are able to adapt this to the diverse and international audience. The program consists of many team members, being a teamplayer is a big asset to our team.


Furthermore you have: 

  • Strong analytical skills 
  • At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in an international environment  
  • Knowledge/Experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management former: Kronos
  • Experience in HR & Payroll processes in relation to WorkForce Management
  • Experience with HR cloud solutions preferably SuccessFactors 
  • Excellent knowledge of English, the Dutch language is preferred


Skills/ Requirements 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Good written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • In depth knowledge of HR IS environments
  • Experience with writing proposals and business requirements for efficient and effective working methods and implementing these
  • Understanding of adoption, communication and change
  • Is organised, can structure activities and projects, sticks to agreements within deadlines and according to guidelines
  • Works efficiently and effectively, also when under time pressure
  • Works effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • Is a team player
