As part of an international UKG Workforce Pro / Kronos project. The main focus of this role is to work in a large program on the European migration of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management to 9 countries. Within this migration you will be the linking pin between the international project team, the central HRS team and the in-country HR and Payroll colleagues, focusing on HR and Payroll workforce management processes, analyzing country-specific and legal requirements and configuration. This also involves communication, change and training.
As the program is moving in a fast pace, with the roll-out in multiple European countries at the same time, the program is searching for multiple roles. The following countries are in different stages of the migration: the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg.

Additional support is needed with the focus on business and system requirements, design and documentation. Diving into UKG Pro Workforce Management being the country subject matter expert, assisting in testing, defect analyses and defect management.

As a HRIS Business Analyst you have a very fine eye for detail and deep understanding of HR and Payroll processes, systems and interfaces, specifically understanding the Workforce Management processes. You have the ability to analyze configuration and combine the functional requirements from HR teams with specifications, processes and data. You really like to work with many other colleagues and teams. You are also self-driven and you have a very good time- and task management. As the program is moving in a fast pace, you are flexible, know how to plan your time and understand that priorities can shift and change. Besides this you have good communication skills as and are able to adapt this to the diverse and international audience. The program consists of many team members, being a teamplayer is a big asset to our team.
