Together with multi-functional teams you ensure a smooth and efficient execution of projects within the agreed timeline and budget. Next to that you have a strong internal customer focus and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver on your projects.
As an HR Project Manager you play a key role in implementation, communication, and change management. You will ensure accurate information and project data is securely retained and maintained. Within the role you will be dealing with strategic stakeholders from different domains and all levels within the organisation. The focus will be on HR technology related projects and the Retail Recruitment Project (Optimize store recruitment process and tool).
