For one of our clients in Belgium, we are currently looking for a:
Function: ERP Specialist
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Location: Hamont-Achel (Belgium)
Contract: Temporary contract from 01.10.2025 – 01.02.2026
As an ERP and Enterprise Systems Specialist EU, you are the main point of contact for all our systems across the European sites. You ensure smooth operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and know how to implement enhancements effectively.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing all systems within our European sites.
- Increasing process efficiency and implementing improvements.
- Working with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
- Providing support in Power BI and ensuring data is accessible and insightful.
- Managing and supporting interfaces via Dell Boomi.
- Supporting Electronic Batch Records and Werum PAS-X.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders and SMEs.
- Providing support with Blue Mountain, APS (Preactor), and automation systems.
- Collaborating with colleagues in other regions and business units to safeguard strategy and standards.
Profile:
- Strong communication skills, at least in English, preferably in Dutch too.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Flexible, able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational skills, structured approach, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI.
- At least 7 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
