Function: Project Manager
Location: Hoofddorp
Hours per week: 40 hours
Contract: Temporary for 6 months, with option for extension.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of mainly IT projects focused on developing and improving refit and service activities. You will be one of the key members of the future Project Management Office, contributing to its implementation.

For this position, you should be:
- Communicative and proactive
- Project-oriented with strong self-organization skills
- Trained in PMBOK Guide and Agile project management (via Jira)
- Skilled in Salesforce implementation and improvement projects
- Knowledgeable of Magento and other e-commerce tools, as well as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with ERP software implementation and PMO organizations
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Flexible to work from various offices and shipyards within the Netherlands and to travel abroad when needed

The Refit & Services department is responsible for carrying out service, conversion, and maintenance projects on an extensive fleet. The team is involved in relationship management and aftermarket support processes with the aim of satisfying clients’ needs and delivering the very best experience in maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding their superyacht. By being agile and flexible in supporting owners, captains, crew, and other representatives while upholding the company’s iconic heritage, the team operates in a high-demanding and fast-paced environment.
