We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our clients team on a project-based assignment. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial analysis, data validation, and process improvement, with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with multinational companies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Validation and Maintenance
- Accurately record and maintain records of income and expenses within designated systems.
- Ensure financial records are kept clean, organized, and up-to-date.
2. Budget Tracking and Monitoring
- Track and monitor expenditures against established budgets to maintain financial health.
- Identify and analyze variances between budgeted and actual expenses.
- Prepare and present regular budget performance reports to stakeholders.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.
- Create forecasts and projections using historical data and relevant market trends.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency in the budgeting and reporting processes.
- Develop and establish new systems and procedures for effective tracking and analysis of financial data.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in financial management and introduce innovations as applicable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role, ideally within a multinational or project-based environment.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, and invoice processing.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Prior experience with Philips or similar multinational companies.
